Where is my Starscope order?

After placing your Starscope order, you will receive the order confirmation email with your order details. Once your Starscope order has been sent, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Your Starscope order can be tracked with the tracking number we email to you after the order has shipped.

Our order processing and delivery for the vast majority of customers takes 3-7 days from the date you placed your order. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to show activity. If your tracking number does not work make sure that all numbers and letters are correct. You can track your order here:
